You will need: Computer and a USB stick.
Firstly find a map you want to download, easiest thing to do is go to YouTube and type 'Minecraft Xbox maps' or something. Also on your computer download Horizon. This will allow you to do this.
Whilst they're downloading, get your USB stick and put it in the Xbox. Press the home button>settings>system settings>storage>hard drive>profiles. Find your Xbox live profile and move it onto the USB stick.
Take your USB stick and put it into your computer. Ignore and messages that ask you to open it. Open horizon and your USB stick will be found. Click on profiles so you can see yours.
Now get your map, I should be saved as a .bin and something like savejrhfysu736271.bin or something. Drag this onto your profile on horizon and that's that. Now take it out and put it back in the Xbox.
On your Xbox go into the USB, storage device and move your profile back first, then what's in minecraft folder, just move it to the hard drive. And enjoy.
