Ok, I'm not gonna lie this is half leak and half not. I texted one of my friends that works at WalMart asking if they got their shipment in of the game and he said that they normally don't get it until the night of the Midnight Release, but if they do have it they lock it up somewhere. He is going to look around and see if they have it and if they do he is going to try and get me a copy. So I was wondering do your guys stores near you, i.e. Walmart, Gamestop, Kmart, etc., actually have it?

Yes they do. Gamestop has a cabinet behind the counter chuck full of Halo 4's and Blops 2's.

See I don't believe that Walmart would only get them the night before the release. I don't believe any store would do that.
