A guy on TTG (he is trusted has a lot of posts and rep) is doing a recovery service I am positive that he won't steal my account but as my dads credit cart details are on there, would he be able to see it? Like if I send him my account password would he be able to buy loads of MSP or would it not show ups. Help

No he cant see the credit card number he can see your info but not the credit card number.
Edit: Recoverys arent allowed on TTG are you sure hes trusted just because he has alot of posts doesn't mean hes trusted

you are right for the most part.
If he went on Xbox.com and when through many processes he would be able to get it. But he can't see it straight from the Xbox. But he can buy stuff if the credit card is active.. He just can't steal info as it will have stars by it.

if i was you i wouldnt but how do u know if he ant hack some one on ttg , up too you but i think you will be a bit pissed if money got nicked ?
