3. must listen to the person incharge if your either a cop or civilian
4. must have experience
5. must be at least age of 12
6. be mature
7. you have to at least get pulled over 2 times before a pursuit
8. only 1 pursuit at a time
9. EVERYONE ONLY GETS 1 CAR UNTIL THEY PURCHASE ANOTHER THEY TELL ME THE CAR AND I GIVE IT TO THEM AND ALSO HAVE TO HAVE A HOUSE AND I WILL CUSTOMIZE THE CAR FOR YOU IF YOU WANT
