are you using the mechromancer if u are you cant go down the right tree cause one of them says take a bullet so either mod the infinity pistol to were it can hold more than one bullet a clip or dont go down the right tree

try getting a friend in the game, drop it he picks it up and trys to reload it then he gives it back, it worked for me

try using a different pistol keep shooting until u run out of ammo buy the ammo back then switch to the infinity pistol

you cant use the skill smaller lighter faster on the right tree

Get someone to dupe it for you. Thats the only way it will work
