bricked pcb? your looking at atleast $30 for the drive and someone will have to flash it for it to work with your console.

i would charge $45 you will have to ask around

what kind of dvd drive? they sell them on ebay , right around $30 to $40 bucks for a phat console, and around $80 for a slim dvd drive. you need to keep your same board for the dvd drive you have, unless its fried then you need to get the key and install it on new dvd drive.

doesnt matter if it was flashed or not before. a new drive means a new pcb, you will need to flash the dvd key to the pcb on the new drive.

If your drive isn't working at all then it sounds bricked or fried or someone snapped the pcb in half for you
