that error is due to tiny umbrella changing your host file to redirect to cydia you need to remove it from your host file then do it again
i had the same problem i had to restore to 5.1.1 then update and jb again

do you know how to get to your host file? if so you must REMOVE any of the lines in it which point to gs.apple.com
or add a # to the front of it like
#gs.apple.com
i would just delete it if i was you
