I haven't been on TTG in awhile, last time I was here, I hated all of you.. Please make this experience good and tempt me to come back.

Well, her name is Marina, and she hates herself. She thinks she's fat, ugly and dumb. I recently found out she cuts herself but I really care for her.
I really do not know what to say to her.. I am trying to tell her about the other ways to relieve stress and that she can talk to me about anything, since I'm the only one who now knows about this..

Not to be mean (to anyone) or anything, but TTG is not the place to discuss such sensitive and personal info. The reason I say this is because TTG is flooded with 14 year olds and advice that important should come from a qualified person. Anytime you are dealing with a person in such state of mind it is essential that the right advice is given because you can easily mess up and turn her suicidal. I can speak from experience.

As TTG isn't really the place for this, I'm always concerned for people's well being.

OP, best thing to do is do your best to comfort her.

Okay, well I need to remain anonymous because I would rather not tell anyone in real life. She trusts me not to tell anyone, so I came to the first place I know that may, or may not give me helpful advice. More like something to take into consideration.

listen to me kid, if shes unstable and if u feel shes a threat to herself, talk to a trusted adult.

this is very delicate and should not be discussed on here, please remove it before it spreads

Well, for starters, I cannot remove it.
Also, none of you guys have given me much of actual advice other than the first guy.
Yes, an adult would probably help, but she trusts me not to tell anyone, so I'm not going to. Yes, I'm already comforting her. I'm asking you guys for ideas and things to take into consideration, as I said previously.

This definitely isn't the place to talk about this, not because of the fact that it's a personal thing but the fact that this forum is full of twelve year olds that will have nothing of value to say. Maybe try another forum with a more mature user base?
