I Was Uploading A Video To See That On The Bottom Of My Screen It Said Custom Thumbnail.Know I Know You Only Get It When Your Partnerd Please Help!!!

Ok. I have this also! Have you enabled monetisation? As this is the only way to get custom thumbnails with out being partnered!

Go to your settings and click the monetisation tab on the left and if it says this
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Then you have it enabled hope i helped!

no because i dont monetize and im not partnered but i have custom thumbnails
