I don't see the point in going with a non OC'able lower end Ivy Bridge I5 when you can spend less and get relatively the same CPU performance with an Ivy Bridge i3 and spend more on the GPU / SSD to get better performance you'd notice.
Also, save $15 and get a low profile kit of G.Skill.
