Look I know that this might not be with anything that you guys are interested in but Xbox live has banned me so
I can't get the waw map pack 2 and 3 so I'm really **** pissed
I just need someone to MSG me a download link or just copy it in the comments thnx I will + those who can help me plus can a Xbox be unbanned now?

You can't just download them off the internet, you will have to but them again.

An Xbox can't be unbanned.

Just giving you a Download Link isn't going to cut it. You'll need to License Transfer with someone, to receive Map Packs 2 & 3.
