If I download SA onto my xbox, can I get it back if my xbox breaks down?

The only way to re-get it is to sign in to your account and re-download it. Otherwise you need to rebuy it. So yea if it breaks and you get a new one just recover your account and you should be able to download it.

Another silly question: How do you recover your account?
Go to the xbox guide and hit download profile.
