its not illegal. they only ban you if its not a legal copy or if you play online.its not illegal to sell it before street date. look it up before you say shit.

Why don't you guys just preorder and then download the .iso and play that offline until game comes out?? Providing that you have a Jtag/Rgh/Devkit/Flashed xbox etc to do that.

Dispite what you think of a game. it took work it was not made over night. that does give you the right to steal it.thats like you making a painting and some guy wanted it but did not think it was worth $60 but you worked hard to make and they steal it you would not feel good. same thing. its wrong no matter what.

I believe no one has gotten black ops 2 with these methods. The only way to get it is to download the ISO, and then put it on a modded console. If you think oh this is wrong because they are not paying the creators for all the hard work they put into it. Well most likely people will pay for the real copy to be able to play online etc...

these methods work. just try it for yourself you will see.

I believe a lot of people have gotten copies this way. It's not illegal to sell them early, it's the fact that Gamestop/walmart/target etc all have contracts with activison stating they will not sell until the 13th. On the other hand tho these local businesses have no contracts binding them to what they do when they receive the object they have ordered.

lol this kid is a fa**ot. maybe some people cant afford it? maybe they wanna try something before they buy. i have probably illegally downloaded a cars worth of pirated/leaked things but i have never got in trouble. think about the poor people that cant afford it.
