First of all this only works with dashlaunch 3.03, and 3.02 on the 16 for 3.03 and 3.02 on the 149/155 versions of the dashboard.
You do not need to unistall dashlaunch at all either.
When in dashlaunch press LB and you will be in the setting mode of dashlaunch.
Next go to Unload Dashlaunch, and unload it.
Then go up to the launch folder and bring up the .xex file you want to load and the game will no longer freeze on the 0 second mark.
All credit goes to "trunjent' on xbox360iso
I Can't confirm myself, but:
Now confirmed BY:
Also, Anyone who has any settings or a 30ms ping patch for multiplayer, this has been confirmed:

juicycarbonfx78 wrote Well I'm on a Jasper RGH with kernal 149699 and dashlaunch 3.02 and it works fine after dashlaunch is unloaded.
My point being you don't have to update kernal ;)
Also, Anyone who has any settings or a 30ms ping patch for multiplayer, this has been confirmed:

Thanks! So simple even the average 13 year old might be able to do if you give him a link to a tutorial on youtube.

It shouldn't even be happening on a flashed Xbox. It only happened if u have dashlaunch!
But try going to storage and delete the update folder
