Of course, not everyone playing the game now is pirating it. Just last week, we reported on some retailers breaking Black Ops 2's release date. If you're one of the lucky few who managed to get hold of legit early copy, then consider yourselves lucky, as Treyarch and Microsoft won't be banning your account anytime soon. It's those who use play the pirated version that gets the banhammer and with due reason.

Seems to be a lot of mixed opinions but in the meantime I'd stay offline; better to be safe than sorry.

to all people playing the iso copy online beware as they are watching even tho your only playing zombies or combat training be careful guy not worth it just wait a few more days!

Okay, it's just that people are claiming that they're getting banned but show no proof. Everyone downloaded the game and as usual, are excited to play it. Most of us here I think would know some info here you know?
