Hello TTG users HOST_DarkLobbiez here, today I present to you the only 100% working prestige hack for Call of Duty: Black Ops on the PS3.
You are going to need:

-A Jailbroken PS3
-Xploder (If you dont have it add me on skype host.darklobbiez and I will resign it for you!)
-USB storage device
-An ethernet cable (to perform a data transfer)


Instructions:
1. Download the Prestige Hack PKG for your region. Delete any black ops data on your 3.55 PS3, then install the PKG.
2. Data transfer from your 3.55 PS3 to your 4.31 PS3.
3. On your 4.31 PS3, sign in to your black ops account and start up black ops singleplayer. Click through all the setup options (this is to create a blank Black Ops save). When you're done quit the game.
4. Copy the Black Ops save data from your PS3 to your computer, then download the save for your desired prestige (14th or 15th). Use Xploder to resign the 14th/15th/16th prestige save data to your account (this is why you needed the blank save from the last step).
5. Once you're done resigning your save, copy it over to your PS3 and load up black ops. Click through all the setup options and head straight to multiplayer.
6. The multiplayer menu is going to be laggy; this is because of the files in the prestige hack package you installed. There is no way around it, so try to live with it. You need to start an empty LAN party then start the match - this might take a few tries. If your PS3 freezes don't sweat it, just restart the console and copy your save back over before trying again.
7. Once you start the empty LAN party, end the game and go to a Private Match. Start that game and spawn in. Press down on the DPAD and the map will restart and there will be some text on screen. End the game, and you should be sitting in a Player Match party and you will be your desired prestige.
8. Once you confirm your stats are set, quit the game and delete your Black Ops game data. Start the game up and install the update and you will be able to play online using your newly modified account

-2,500,000 COD points
-150,000 Kills
-50,000 Deaths
-10,000 Assists
-50 Killstreak
-6500 Wins
-400 Losses
-25 Ties
-500 Winstreak
-15 Days played

I tried to make the stats look at least somewhat legitimate to decrease the chance of ban.

Final Notes:
-I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU GET BANNED USING THIS. I personally have been using stuff like this for a while and have not been banned, but if lots of people are doing it treyarch may take notice.
