Wrong,I gift after getting gifted,maybe they didnt have paypal at that time,or something else,you never know so dont jump to conclusions.

Well maybe he didnt want to buy gold but he has the money to buy coins for fifa you dont always have to buy gold and i didnt buy my own gold but i still gifted someone just because you dont by gold doesnt mean you cant gift
