There are many game stores that ship early... But on Monday therefore you will get it Tuesday, MAYBE LATER! Shopto.net usually get me games a day early but not for black ops, and gamestop are a big company so why would they want to wreck there reputation shipping early? Local shops only..

Or if your in the uk go to somewhere like tescos (food store) will sell black ops 2! look for an older lady that works there and say sorry have you another copy of black ops 2 as i cant actually find one she might then go back stores and get one as she might not know! she might not have even heard of it! just an idea
