Exactly, when a game isn't out yet paying for extra shipping is pointless because they all ship at the same time regardless of what you paid for shipping meaning people that didn't pay for shipping will be shipped out along with your copy if you paid for extra shipping.

With 7 pounds extra, I would expect to get it now! But it should come on the day of release, Probably a day prior to its release date if you're lucky.

It came late because of hurricane sandy. It even said that on a notice bar, look a little.
Yes, 7 is the tax at gamestop so either way it will be some money. Just get it off Amazon, you do get it release day around 1PM
