multiplayer servers aren't up before 13th:
- Official Call of Duty Black Ops 2 Server Status says:
"Call of Duty: Black Ops II servers are offline in preparation for the game's worldwide launch on Tuesday, November 13th!"

multiplayer servers are before 13th:
- On earlier CoDs the servers always been up like 1 week before that they can test all services, test if it run smoothly, testers will report bugs, etc.
- Vahn posted a picture on his twitter saysing that he has the key for the servers. so may he decides it:

THAT MEANS:
NOBODY in this forum exactly know when the server will be up. Posts saying they are up today or arent up until 13th are senseless cause nobody knows. Ive contacted Vahn on twitter, wrote a mail to callofduty..... ill post here if they send me a msg back.
Until anyone has 100% proof please stop posting smth to that it helps nobody,
