Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2 game design director, David Vonderhaar, has taken to Twitter to layout some tips to those players that want to Prestige quickly and achieve the ultimate goal of Prestige Master the first person in the world to Prestige.
Prestige Master is a race that the community adopted when Infinity Ward introduced the ranking system in the original Modern Warfare.
It's now being supported by Treyarch and Vonderhaar loves how the community are making plans for the race to Prestige.

I don't know how solid this source is but the Youtuber It's Ali-A made a video saying that Prestige Master emblem is given to you after you reach 10th prestige, and it's an emblem given to ANYONE who reaches it.

What your saying and what that article is saying are two different things.
First off, it is saying that there will be a possible reward for the first person to get there. Second off, they confirmed that to get master prestige you have to be maxed out 10th prestige. So its not a whole other prestige its just an emblem you get once your maxed out. Third off and finally, learn how to comprehend what you read, its a simple skill that all humans should learn how to do.

from what i've heard about this prestige master thing is when you complete all challenges and basically everything is when you get this. kind of similar to the mw2 10th spinning emblem for doing the same thing.

anyone can become prestige master tho its not 1 person. the title makes it sound like your implying only 1 person can be prestige master
