I have a copy of the game i dont want to get banned but i saw vonderhaar tweeted but it says defcon 3 Can anyone say me if you can go online?

i dont recomend going online cus they r lookin for you..... I wud just wait a bit more instead of getting console ban and ur stuck looking the case... =]

Yes if the game is Legit and on a retail xbox it is completely fine to go online big youtuber's like whiteboy7thst are already playing today

I have heard from somewhere that you can play the game online aslong as its 5 days before the game comes out but I could be wrong plus if you have got the copy of the game its not your fault for playing on a game that you paid for.

As long as it's a legit copy you have no problems. You may go online and nothing will happen except that everyone gets reset just before the official launch. It's just a peak/demo...
