no sh*t. they cant ban you for buying a paid product.. you rightfully own the game as you paid for the rights of it when you pay for it... common sense
only bans are giving to ISO/JTAG..
its speculated that stat resets are happening, as the leaderboards are not on yet, they would want to start fresh with leveling system
