I've always wanted a JTAG, and I've seen many sites, especially icheeeeeeeted's store from {Removedsitebecausenowantban}.

However, there's a few problems:
1. Very low on money, only have like 20-50$ right now
2. Can't find any good giveaways around here
3. I'm a newbie to this so I have no idea to make my own

Could you guys probably help me with some steps?
