I preordered black ops 2 from GameStop today and I got to winter the code on there website and it says invalid. The guy I called had no clue.

I ran into the same thing, then I read somewhere you get another code on your finalized receipt before you pick it up. It doesn't really matter since all copies have the nuke town code in them.
