Would you say Televisions are better than monitors or monitors are better than television for gaming on with an Xbox.
lately ive been leaning towards getting a high quality monitor.

Monitors have been proven better, and I also like them more for gaming.

Depends on the size I guess. I play on a 19 inch Vizio, but my 50 inch Vizo is also just as good.

Monitors generally have a higher resolution, and are designed to be looked at for lengthy amounts of time without tiring your eyes.

TV's only have the advantage of being bigger, but seeing as you can be a foot away from a monitor, it makes no difference.

I play on a TV as I use a PVR, I would love a Monitor though.

You'll need a Monitor that uses component or a component to HDMI converter.

Most monitors only have an HDMI input but you can get an HDMI to component cable to use your PVR.

ASUS VH236h computer monitor for $180 it has HDMI but if you use an HD PVR, I use a Dynex 23.6" T.V. its really good 2ms response for a TV.
