Nuke town comes with the disc, Once the game is released i'm guessing there is going to be an option too enter in the code on the MP menu most likely

exactly what i thought - i mean, for halo 4, my promo codes were on the receipt i got when i actually purchased the game so....

im looking at my first pre order and i have no code on it.

im looking at my receipt for paying the game off in full ; no code on receipt .......
