During the week before MW3 was released a local Blockbuster near me was fined for distributing the game early. The fine was from $10,000-$15,000. Several employees were also fired for selling the copy "illegally." Will Activision be fining Amazon for dispatching the game early or will it just be labeled as an "accident?"

I very much doubt it it would be a stupid idea as many stores have sent it out early and it would be tom much to sue all of them.
