XBR is 8955, and FreeBOOT is 9199.
DO NOT UPDATE THROUGH LIVE. If you got your JTAG from a reputable modder, they should have still disabled R6T3.
Let us know what you have.

R6T3 is a resistor on the underside of the 360 mobo on the line used by the 360 to 'burn' efuses, effecting the bootloader etc. If this is removed, or a bridging method applied adjacent to the ressy, it will stop official MS updates from burning new efuses as stopping your 360 running unsigned code.
