I redeemed a total of 69 matches worth of double xp, then applied them to my account while I was on, and voila, I got no xp. Who should I contact to fix this? It's really bugging me.

you need to wait a couple hours maybe.
wait for 12 hours if it doesn't work call there support

this happend to me just contact microsoft and they will fix the problem and because they could no replace all my code they gave me 800 msp
