The Call of duty black ops 2 servers are have up and down time for lots if people . The error usually says the call of duty black ops servers are down please try latter or something stupid like that. There is a way to get back in and playing and it's pretty easy just go to your resent players and join one of there games. Take note that this might take sometime but soon you well be back in and playing online . Post down below if this helped
