The challenges for these emblems are ridiculous. I can understand working for your prestige emblem and all of the titles, but wasn't the Emblem Creator/Editor great in Black Ops 1? It took my mind off Call of Duty and allowed me to focus on something that was fun.
Is there a way to bypass these challenges and get all of the emblems?
