No thats not it. Tried basically everything to do with the motor, im going to try and clean the lense.

Just tried cleaning it with cotton.
Didn't work, still just keeps spinning and then stopping.

I feel like its not the laser, since it only spins for a second and then stops?

I have a disc tray problem too, I actually had to take my xbox apart to try and fix it and it didnt work. At first I thought it was a motor problem but when i take the disc tray apart it wont even open then. Anyone know whats up?
