it wont be amazons fault it will be royal mail i pre ordered fifa 13 from shopto.net and it never came i got a refund after like 20 days but i used them again for blackops and it came on the day

I ordered from amazon on the 8th, and payed extra for first class, it said it was dispatched on monday, never arrived tuesday or wednesday im waiting to see if the **** stupid post woman comes today

Also i was refunded 1 pound

When they told you it will arrive today did they mean your copy or everyones that wasn't delivered on time

i Just rang them and a man told me that hes just refunded my delivery cost and i could wait for another 3 days to receive it...........
