im not sure, unless you have a really good connection anyway, so there wouldnt be any room for improvement, just tends to put you on a more level playing field with your enemies.

I agree I used like almost every gun right now besides the guns I haven't unlocked and I am about level 38. I always get really annoying hitmarkers all the time even with the best searching perference on.
