These aren't even confirmed. Only the barricades and Quick Revive are.. If you honestly confirmed it, then go to Theater and upload to YouTube. It's not hard.

I was in a game of 4 and we all got it. Eventually the other 3 didn't have it anymore and I was the final one with it and kept it for a pretty long time. Then i was reviving someone and realized I don't have it anymore either. I got downed and kept it also died and kept it but after a while it just went away.
This is what happened when I had the barricade perk. Everyone in my game lost it when we were on round 19. We died because of it, We were traveling on the bus and the barricades were the only thing keeping the zombies from swarming us.
I really think the perks weren't meant to be permanent, And it was a glitch that allowed everyone to keep them. Because some people seem to keep them and others don't. It wouldn't surprise me if Treyarch eventually releases an update that removes everyone's permanent perks.
