Well We do have a solution.. But ill have to Look into it.
it involves you doing a UPDATE. Witch i can't be sure if a GAME Update will BRICK your jtag.
But If you want to proceed with it, Heres how to do it.
The console is looking for a previous version of the system update. Follow these steps:
Find a USB flash drive with at least 90 MB of free space.
Plug the USB flash drive into a USB port on your computer.
Note The USB flash drive must use the FAT32 file system (Microsoft Windows).
Download the system update for error code 22fb 351f 0f00 c000 0013.
Click Save to save the console update .zip file on your computer.
Unzip the file. If you are using Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7, double-click the .zip file to unzip it.
Copy the contents of the .zip file to the root directory of your USB flash drive.
Unplug the USB flash drive from your computer.
If there is a disc in the console, remove it.
Turn off the console.
Remove all console storage devices, including any USB flash drives, external hard drives or the internal hard drive on the Xbox 360 S console. Learn how to remove the hard drive.
Plug the USB flash drive with the update into a USB port on console.
Turn on the console. When the console starts, the software update should automatically start.

If you tried playing a game Via XeXMenu, then got this update,
i suggest you copy the content of the $system Update$ From the Game and place it on a USB and follow my method.
OR if you have MW3 place game in disc drive and see if it will update,
The Game Only Updates the drive ( Disc Drive )
If its a flashed Disc Drive, I would refer to putting it back to stock, Then insert a original Game thats kinda NEW and it should update Via Disc as normal.

Yeah, I know it is the 13599 update, because thats what the code is, just don't want to try and then it's my fault. Seeing what the seller wants to do and then I will take it from there. Will keep ya updated.

Then its not a jtag or RGH...
Looks like you've been Scammed mate,
Jtag should have 3 wires under the disc drive, RGH Should have a Cool Runner CHIP Under the disc drivde, if nothings under there Then its not what you paid for :/
