the probation is for leaving the game or in your case being kicked. It's to try and stop people from quiting games/dashboarding. imo I think its a good thing since in mw3 everyone would just dashboard or rage quit. This atleast gives some incentive to play the whole game.

I think its a great idea even though I got probation from not leaving. The server kicked me and lagged out then said I got probation
