Hello guys I need a YouTube background. I just recently changed my gamer tag and my current background and my new gamer tag don't match so I need a new background. If you could do so then post reply back when done. This is what I want.

Words- VGL (on each side)NOTE: MUST BE ALL CAPS
Text- 3-D (layer like)NOTE: NO SOLID TEXT & NO GRAFFITI
Style- I like an underwater look (with bubbles and and optical flares)NOTE: NO FISH
Colors- Light blue but not to light
