Well get over it, This will always be in the game and there's nothing anyone can do about it. Treyarch obviously knew these emblems were going to be in the game. If anything they shouldn't of brought emblems back, But instead they added letters. Yep, Letters with 30 spaces, Won't have any problems there.

It was in black ops 1 so why wouldn't it be in black ops 2 ?

If they get banned enough, they get there emblem privileges revoked permanently.
