Right off the bat that is a given:
Crap case that is poorly designed, restricts airflow, and has absolutely zero cable management.
Crap low quality PSU that is a hazard. The number one rule when building a computer / selecting parts is to never under any circumstance skimp out on the power supply but 99.9% of pre-built computer manufacturers do to lower costs and have higher profits.
Low end motherboard that is of no quality. I'm not one for recommending a motherboard that is over $130 nine times out of ten, but an OEM board that is made by Foxconn is just, well...simply crap. No extra SATA ports, no SLI/CF, definitely no overclocking, ugly-looking, locked down BIOS.
I don't even need to look at the specifications to tell you this is not worth buying, especially when the Chinese worker who's getting paid $2 an hour doesn't realize that triple channel RAM in a LGA 1155 = less performance.
0.5/10 on a good day.
