Inject your own gamer pic using horizon.

Make sure its the same size tho or it wont work.

But im sure this is a default pic

What you do as TTG-WaRmOdZx said is inject your gamerpicture. As far as I know that's all you can do, however the title isn't easy to find by just having the image if you can't tell from the URL.

The way you tell from the URL is look right after where it says "/global/t." the next eight characters will be the title ID. For this game the title ID is fffe07d1.

To get the gamerpicture now just inject the game into Gamerpicture Injector, or use Horizon's gamerpicture pack creator, and find it from there. Hope I helped.
