The Passing dlc is by far much better than The Sacrifice dlc, mainly due to the Mutations you get weekly. Special game modes that change weekly.

I like the passing for the survival maps and the mutations but the sacrifice has two campaigns so you decide

Personal I like The Sacrifice campaign more because it comes with No Mercy, my favorite map from the first game. ;)
