People dying around corners has always been in CoD, and every shooting game on consoles (even happened in Halo.) It's just people's connection that makes it appear like that. The scorestreaks are harder because they go by score now, plus it rewards the better person moreso than the other games. They didn't want killstreaks to rule the gameplay like past games. The guns do not have the same recoil. Have you used the Scar yet? That recoil is so much different than the Tar, which they are both different than the M27. The head glitching seems way down compared to past titles. They want you to prestige, so that's why you unlock things the way you do. I managed to get to 15th prestige in the first Black Ops only because I started playing with some friends of mine. It was terrible compared to the others. I respect what they tried to do, but they failed on it. They picked up the pieces and raised the bar with this one. The spawns and maps aren't that great, but not as bad as MW3. It's very enjoyable in my book.

But you don't seem to understand the concept of change, you can't just expect Activision to publish the same game 10 years in a row... They have to change it up, MW3 took it a little further, and BO2 leaped forward. The game is "Balanced" (All except shotguns) gun-wise. The scorestreaks are a little OP, but the game as a whole isn't that bad. Once you prestige and start to understand how the ranking system works. The scorestreaks are reachable if you good at playing objectives and not camping. The game is trying to take a new leap into the gaming industry by trying to make everyone happy, they are trying to listen to the community that is split down the middle on things and it's hard to make everyone happy. I myself love the game, MW3 was garbage, Black Ops was good, MW2 was good. Overall i think its just the new feel to the game that everyone's not use to.

Totally agree, i am going on 5th prestige and hate the game, but it seems to be getting just a tad better everytime i attempt to play it though.

U guys are craaazy, this game is awesome, it just takes a bit to get used to that's all, if ur mad about dying then slow things down a bit, that's what I do but in search and destroy I run through ppl like a tank

I've give up worrying about Kd in this game, try playing for a good win loss ratio and the game becomes enjoyable again

There is nothing wrong with this game.

i agree on the most part however MW3 is not better than Black Ops 2, MW3 is the worst call of duty game by far, and yes i do not like the maps i feel they are all too small as on most of the maps there are multiple spawn sprays and also i do believe it is harder to do good in because of the connection as someone said if you are even on a 3 bar you have no chance, i mean currently on black ops 2 i am 14th prestige level 27 with a 2.94 kd with 7 days 17 hours gameplay yet on black ops 2 i struggle to keep my 1.70 kd and winning on it is a whole different story, with the amount of dashboarders and head glitchers it is nearly impossible to win

Stop complaining, call of duty is changing and you guys don't realize that yet

Blsvk ops 2 is veury different, that's why it is enjoyable, MW3 was the worst game, not just call of duty, but worst game ever invented.
