-Mafia5K- wrote You didnt change the LDV to 5.
Use J-Runner, select edit LDV then change it to 5, then Confirm it....Create the image.
Once it is flashed it wont boot until you update your stock nand.
The update error on your stock nand could be becuase you have no storage device or maybe its something to do with your drive firmware, im not too sure.
i changed the ldv after in flash 360 tool and i have a hdd.

Your operation was not done sucessfully if it still boots. You simply boot xell and count the number of F's this gives you your current LDV which will be 4.
You have what you need to update, good luck.

You need to create a new image with the LDV at 5.. .I've said this a handful of times through the thread. All Slims are rgh they always had Split CB's.
The number of F's in xell will tell you your consoles LDV, you said it currently 4, when you update your stock nand that number of F's will change to 5. Therefore you need to covert your rgh images manually to LDV of 5 for them to work once you update retial side and effectivlly update LDV.
The steps are as follows:
Open J-Runner, open your nand image and enter Cpu Key.
Select Advanced, scroll to Change Lock Down Value.
Enter the LDV (in your case 5), Select Advanced, Confirm Lock Down Value.
Select Dashboard, and Create Image.
Once the Xebuild says done, put finished Image on usb nand flash it via Xell.
Now, when you update your retail it will change LDV to 5, and all NANDS on your console that have LDV 5 will boot.

I know how to change my ldv in j-runner its simple i have done all the steps you said 5 times
I open my rgh nand image
i select my board
enter my cpu key
i slect the 16719 dash
select rgh2
change ldv to 5
confirm it
create image(updflash)
put on usb
flash via xell
i know what im doing on that part what im trying to say is after that when i try to update my retai via xbox live it downloads the update from xbox live and then when it goes to prepare the update i get an error message with a status error code.
