As of now you only get a emblem foreground and background for reaching lvl 130. As for 343 employees, yes they do have special armor. Also, we have to wait and see what 343 does. They are a lot more strict the bungie so we will see.
Edit: 343 Has not confirmed special armor for halo 4

343 does not have a special armor, my friends were in a tourney in halo 4 and bs angel was in their game and they asked her. she said no, and that they all just sport their favorite armor. Bs angel is the community manager for halo 4 and 343

They don't. I played with Bungie in Halo:Reach for a charity event and they had the Blue Flames, and Skull Helmet on. They said the blue flames was only for them, and later the blue flames was released for free to everyone who had the Bungie App. Then 343 took over Reach's server... because microsoft now owns halo. There is no special armor on reach for them, and same with Halo 4. It's not yet even proven that there is special armor for 343 in Halo 4 yet, so don't go around saying there is unless you know what your talking about.

Thats why im saying there was in halo reach. Also said i was expecting Halo 4 IF they have 343 to be like the didacts.

that picture has been proven to be fake, it was just edited in to look like that

actually i can confirm that the reach armor in that picture was real... i myself have personally seen it in game and said to myself "that is the dumbest armor ever!"
