below is a screenshot of my specs. i was wondering if i could run games like call of duty and battlefield on it without the video lagging :)also i will rep for good answer!

your processor is fine but you need to find out your exact graphics card...it just says 4800 series but im guessing its the HD 4850 since you have a Dell Pc that competed with my gateway machine back in 08...You can probably run BF3 on low-medium without it lagging

Hes not running integrated graphics..it says right in the picture that hes got HD 4800 series GPU

lol and for all we know it could have a crap gpu...lowest number was a 5.9.........
