Many of you guys might know this already but there is a "glitch" that makes it so you you can get as many pre-order packs as you want. All you have to do is just make another account on the same xbox then you get the preorder pack every Monday as well as on your main.
STEPS
1. create a silver account
2. go on ultimate team every monday
3. open your free pack

you can make as many accounts as you want. currently have 3 total (im just lazy and dont want to make more accounts.)

oh and they do build up over time so you can visit them every month and have 4 waiting for you

Do you not need to have pre ordered fifa and have the redeem code to get the free packs?

sorry I dont think I quite understand. you do have to pre oder fifa to get the pre order packs if that is what your asking?

i tried this last week with 7 accounts but it only gave me the pack on 1 account...
