It could be because they've (you) played it a lot. For me personally I loved coming home and play CoD4. Was the only game I ever finished all challenges legit and some not (boosted). It was also the only one where I played 30 days worth over a span of two years.

@OP I feel Treyarch has done a good job on taking risks within the Call of Duty series. Without it CoD would feel much more old and stale than it already is. Ya the maps are pretty bad and could use some work but at least they try to patch every exploit and try to balance the weapons. I mean look at them. Smgs and shotties will now obviously win up close and Ar's and sniper win from far.


Mw3 when I first got it I couldn't even stand playing it. It just got boring so fast. Blops 2 I have yet to switch games for it.(still playing) There maybe connection issues with it but I really do enjoy playing it. So do my friends and they stopped playing CoD a long time ago.

I'm 5th prestige with a 1.90 KD and this game is sooooo boring. I really only play it because I feel competitive with my friends to hit 10th first, but really this game has gotten boring fast.

World at War is the shizz, you can still find multiplayer matches without any mods nowadays and that's where all the fun's at!

World at war, Mw2 and cod4 the best snm.

I admit I don't feel confident with going for the higher scorestreaks because CoD has become so unpredictable of what can happen in a match. I feel Treyarch are the CoD makers with the exception of CoD4.

The fact you say you are 3rd prestige and now your bored is not something I am surprised about. I don't prestige because there are so many challenges to be completed.

With regards to camos since when was CoD a serious game. They have always had camos as a way to show your progression and to have bragging rights to have got to diamond. It is just a bit of fun.

mw2 is not the best call of duty; cod4 or 5 is.

I do agree with you. Black Ops 1 & 2 ruined the series for me. Mw3 was alright i guess

BlackOps2 actually saved the COD series by adding a lot more features

I think that if infinity ward were still around Cod would have been a lot better.

In my opinion I think Call Of Duty 4 has to be the best one so far.

Black Ops 2 was fun for about 8 days (I think) for me.. then it got boring and now i'm playing Halo 4 again.. the game is ok.. maps are just horrible, terrible connection and spawns and weapons just feel gay

Blops 2 got boring after like a week.
