ok so if you get over round 5 you get the 2 bones
10 the skull
15 skull and 1 line
20 skull and 2 lines
25 skull with blue eyes

Wrong i have only been up to round 21 and i have the blue eye skull

You rank up by having more kills, hits and head-shots. You should also have a higher number of points or average compared to other players so as to be able to rank up. However, to be more sure on the requirements needed for ranking up it is good to seek advice from a game expert.

You have to be high on the leaderbaords overall. from kills to rounds.

funny that everyone above me is wrong.. it's just rounds survived.. doesn't matter how many kills you have or anything if you have like 10 rounds survived and you need 10 you'll rank up.. if you have 10 rounds survived and you went down 2 or 3 times you'll need to survive some more rounds (not sure about the exact number)
